Practice Policies

Appointment Times

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We will endeavour to be on-time, and would appreciate your punctuality. For new patients, we would appreciate if you would arrive approximately 5 minutes prior to your designated appointment, so that we may introduce you to our practice and obtain appropriate medical histories and contact information.


Cancellation of Appointments

If you cannot attend your appointment we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours. If you do cancel at the last minute, there will be cancellation fee incurred.


Payment Options

Payment is required on the day of treatment and for more complex treatment; deposit payment may be required to secure a longer appointment. We accept a wide range of payment options: cash, cheque, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX (3% surcharge for AMEX).


HICAPS and Health Insurance Funds

For your added convenience, we also offer HICAPS to process instant online claim so you do not need to visit your health fund branch to receive your rebate. We accept all major health insurance funds. We will itemise your invoice so you can gain the appropriate insurance benefits. As you might appreciate, we deal with numerous health insurance companies and each varies with what they will and won’t rebate. We will assist in every way possible to ensure your proper entitlement. Please direct your enquiries relating to your rebate to your health insurance provider.
